Tymothy Belseth of Pflugerville is the program lead for The University of Texas (UT) Spark Program. He is a member of the FosterClub Board of Directors, Education Reach for Texans Board of Directors, and Change I Board of Directors and a training committee member for the Supreme Court of Texas � Children�s Commission. Belseth received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University Kingsville and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Texas State University.
