Bradford �Luke� Ledbetter of Austin is the CEO of the Kestrel Group. He previously served as executive vice president and chief underwriting officer at State National Companies. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, he is a member of Providence Church. Ledbetter received a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge.
