William �Chip� Jenkins of Rockport is the president and CEO of The First State Bank. He is a board member for the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and previously served as chairman of the Texas Bankers Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Board for Tsika Ministries, Inc. Jenkins received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and a graduate degree in Banking from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU Cox.
