Personal Information

Jason Bramow of Round Rock serves as deputy general counsel in the Office of the Governor. He previously served as general counsel for Texas State Senator Phil King, assistant attorney general for the Texas Office of the Attorney General, and an assistant district attorney for the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (SBOT), Texas Bar College, The Federalist Society, Texas Supreme Court Historical Society, Williamson County American Inn of Court, and the Williamson County Bar Association and a council member of the Constitutional Law Section of the SBOT. Additionally, he is a member of Hill Country Bible Church and previously served as a governor’s fellow in Governor Abbott’s Office and as a director on the board of the Austin Young Lawyers Association. Bramow received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning, and a Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University.
