Personal Information

In 1984, she graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural Economics. Judge Whatley continued her education at Baylor School of Law, graduating in 1987. At that time, she began her legal practice in Sinton, Texas, with Joseph & Johnson, P.C., the firm later became Joseph & Whatley, P.C. with whom she stayed until her election as the 343rd District Judge.
