Steven R. “Steve” Lucas of Beaumont is bank office president of Allegiance Bank. He is a member and former treasurer and of the Rotary Club of Beaumont, board member and former president/chairman of the United Way of Beaumont, and Lay Leader for Wesley United Methodist Church. Additionally, he is a member and former president of the Beaumont Public Schools Foundation Board of Directors and a school business partnership volunteer for Beaumont Independent School District. Lucas received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lamar University. Reappointed 12/19
