Billy J. Enochs has an extensive private and public sector experience base serving in many unique roles and capacities. He is currently employed by Evolve Partners, LLC, A Houston based Management and Leadership consulting firm. Bill has 21+ years of military experience and is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the Texas Air National Guard as a Drill Status Guardsman where he serves as the Public Health and Medical Intelligence Officer. He has served as an elected official as a Friendswood City councilman and Mayor Pro Tem. Couple this with his 20+ years of work/consulting experience across a wide range of industry sectors, Billy brings a unique skill set and passion for improving both the Organizations’ leadership capability and bottom-line performance. Billy’s education is an MBA concentrated in Management Information Systems, Master of Public Health (MPH), BS in Environmental Science, and an AAS in Electronics. He is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 auditor.
