Brian R. Barth is the Director of Project Planning and Development for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), responsible for overseeing the Transportation Planning and Programming, Right of Way, Environmental Affairs, Professional Engineering Procurement and Transportation Programs divisions.

Mr. Barth graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor�s degree in civil engineering.
