James Oevermann, O.D. of Montgomery serves as CEO and doctor at Cypress Family Eyecare in Cypress. Oevermann received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Optometry from the UH College of Optometry.
