Her significant contributions include co-authorship of several distinguished publications addressing the control of pathogens in food processing operations. In addition to her work in the food safety sector, Bellinger is the owner of Just Pots, a San Antonio-based company specializing in indoor and outdoor pottery. Beyond her professional endeavors, Bellinger is a dedicated supporter of numerous charitable causes. Bellinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Texas A&M University and serves as a scientific advisor for the Food Science Department.
