With a career spanning 28 years, Bellinger has emerged as a key authority in the food industry. Her significant contributions include co-authorship of several distinguished publications addressing the control of pathogens in food processing operations. A proud alumna of Texas A&M University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, and her commitment to her alma mater is reflected in her role as a scientific advisor for the Food Science Department. In addition to her work in the food safety sector, Bellinger is the owner of Just Pots, a San Antonio-based company specializing in indoor and outdoor pottery.
