Personal Information

Arbour is a former member of the Texas Human Trafficking Prevention Coordinating Council and continues to work on initiatives addressing human trafficking. She serves on Governor Greg Abbott�s Task Force for Consolidation of Workforce and Social Services and has held leadership roles with national and state organizations focused on workforce development. Arbour is an alumna of Howard Payne University and the Governor�s Executive Development Program at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.
