Personal Information

Mr. Carlton, a 2005 graduate of the University of Florida College of Public Health and Health Professions’ Master of Health Administration program. In addition to his Master of Health Administration, Carlton holds his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, a Master in Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Along with serving as Executive Director of the TMB since 2018, Carlton serves in the United States Air Force Reserve. He currently holds the rank of lieutenant colonel and is the Commander of the 94th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. Carlton joined the United States Air Force following his graduation from the University of Florida.
